Our approach is generational: investing deeply in both Gen Z leaders who are stepping into influence now and Gen Alpha youth who will carry the torch forward. Project Z: Lead the Culture
Project Z is our flagship initiative for Gen Z students and young professionals who refuse to sit on the sidelines. This generation didn't create today's cultural confusion, but they will inherit it—unless they rise up to lead differently. We equip them with the training, community, and platform to become cultural influencers grounded in faith and truth.

Operation Alpha: Build the Future
Preparing the Next Generation
Operation Alpha focuses on Gen Alpha—today's children and pre-teens who will define America's trajectory in the decades ahead. While Project Z engages college students and young adults, Operation Alpha partners with parents, educators, and youth leaders to provide formative programs that build virtue, skill, and cultural awareness from an early age.
We believe leadership formation begins in childhood. Through mentorship bridges, creative labs, and civic education, we're giving Gen Alpha the tools to think clearly, create beautifully, and serve courageously. This isn't about indoctrination—it's about equipping young people with wisdom, character, and the confidence to lead in whatever field they choose.
