The Director of Campus Chapters will lead and oversee the organization’s national network of college and high school chapters. This is a volunteer leadership position designed for a highly capable individual who wants to help build and scale a national movement, with a clear pathway to a future full-time, salaried role as the organization grows. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership, prove impact, and grow into a senior leadership position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all college and high school campus chapters nationwide
  • Recruit, train, and support chapter leaders and student organizers
  • Develop and maintain chapter playbooks, systems, and operational standards
  • Coordinate national initiatives, campaigns, and chapter-led events
  • Ensure alignment between chapters and the organization’s mission and values
  • Track chapter performance, engagement, and growth metrics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for chapter leaders across the country
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, expansion, and long-term planning

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
  • Experience in campus organizing, student leadership, or youth programs
  • Ability to build and scale national programs across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and follow-through abilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • High level of ownership, reliability, and initiative
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and collaboration tools
