The Director of Campus Chapters will lead and oversee the organization’s national network of college and high school chapters. This is a volunteer leadership position designed for a highly capable individual who wants to help build and scale a national movement, with a clear pathway to a future full-time, salaried role as the organization grows. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership, prove impact, and grow into a senior leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all college and high school campus chapters nationwide
- Recruit, train, and support chapter leaders and student organizers
- Develop and maintain chapter playbooks, systems, and operational standards
- Coordinate national initiatives, campaigns, and chapter-led events
- Ensure alignment between chapters and the organization’s mission and values
- Track chapter performance, engagement, and growth metrics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for chapter leaders across the country
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, expansion, and long-term planning
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
- Experience in campus organizing, student leadership, or youth programs
- Ability to build and scale national programs across multiple locations
- Excellent communication, coaching, and follow-through abilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- High level of ownership, reliability, and initiative
- Proficient with Google Workspace and collaboration tools
